ABOUT US

Welcome to MyPerform, your very own high performance support team. True high performance is no longer achieved with a one dimensional program designed by a ‘master coach’ to solve all of your performance problems. The best teams and athletes around the world are supported by a team of practitioners across multiple disciplines who work synergistically to formulate a holistic plan which is greater than the sum of its parts. We have witnessed this first hand whilst working in elite sport over the past decade but grew frustrated that this was only available for a select few, often in specific locations. Through MyPerform we have designed bespoke support packages that can be delivered online without losing that personal touch, meaning you can get access to a professional service and can gain that competitive advantage. We are passionate about helping people improve and grow as athletes and would love to be a part of your journey.

JACK CHRISTOPHER

Jack entered the world of high performance sport from a coaching background. This background still underpins his work today, with a keen interest in coaching methodology and how to optimise the athlete learning experience. He started working in elite sport in 2010 at Derby Football Club whilst studying for a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University. During his time at Loughborough Jack was picked for a work placement at Chelsea FC in 2011. Since then Jack has gone on to hold a variety of different roles across both Academy and 1st Team. He was part of the 1st Team Sport Science support team during the 2018/19 Europa League winning season.  He is currently the Head of Academy Sport Science and Physical Fitness helping players develop as athletes through growth and maturation and transition into the men’s game. Jack studied for a MSc in High Performance Sport in 2018 with a special interest in training efficiency and how to maximise training adaptation with a small training dose. This is particularly important in sports such as Football, Golf and Netball where the competition season is long, fixtures are played frequently, recovery is vitally important and therefore training opportunities are limited.
