ATHLETIC 
CORE

Download our popular 9 week functional core program. You will complete 3 sessions per week progressing across 3 phases of difficulty. A strong, athletic core is key for transferring forces between the upper and lower limbs. Weaknesses can lead to a leak of energy somewhere within the kinetic chain and may mean your not reaching your true athletic potential. It's like heating your home whilst leaving all the windows open. It might get warm but there will be a far greater energy cost. So, by investing in improving core you are increasing your movement efficiency and transfer of force through to sporting movements. In addition you can reduce injury risk by improving posture, pelvic control and stabilization during explosive athletic movements.
