I worked with Jack & Sam over a period of 5 years whilst at Chelsea. They are two dedicated professionals of their craft as well as humble and caring individuals. During this time they really helped the physical side of my game but importantly they ensured I understood why I was doing this work which helped me when I went out on loan.

They also helped with my nutrition an area which has helped improve my game. They helped me build a strategy for match days and how to adjust my diet throughout the training week.

England Nets (Captain, 2019 World Cup)

I worked with Jack ahead of representing England at the Indoor Netball World Cup in South Africa. I had suffered with recurring ankle injuries so Jack designed a bespoke strength program before the tournament to help me prepare as well as improving my overall conditioning. We travelled across multiple time zones and played 16 games across 2 weeks. The detailed level of support around travel, fuelling and recovery between games was fundamental to my performance. I will certainly be using the team if competing internationally.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is an opportunity for us to get to know you as both a person and an athlete. We will try and get a detailed understanding of your training preferences, sport, training & injury history and goals. We will take a look at your schedule and see how we can best support. It's also an opportunity for you to get to know us and ask us any questions you may have.

STRENGTH & POWER SESSIONS

We will come to you and deliver a bespoke session at a location that suits you. We will design a session that targets key areas of your physical profile and addresses potential areas of risk from your injury history. If we work together consistently we will put together a progressive scheme of work and will include key performance markers within sessions to track your improvement.

SPORT SPECIFIC CONDITIONING

Trying to get fit during the off-season? Bored of the same old routine? Trying to push the boundaries of performance and get the edge? These sessions are perfect for you. Once we understand your sport and positional requirements, your training goals, training history and current schedule, we will design a sport specific fitness session targeting  appropriate energy systems, using movements specific to your sport. These sessions can be delivered indoors or out, we can work around the facility you have available.

We will assess the demands of your position and sport and discuss your training goals. We will then plan and deliver a session that targets specific energy systems with movements specific to your sport. We can adjust these sessions depending upon the facility you have available, and we can work indoors or out.

Everyone has a need for speed! Speed is pivotal to so many positions across the majority of team sports. In professional football, average max speeds and the volume of sprinting players are required to do has continued to increase over the past 10 years. We come across so many athletes that aren't unlocking their true potential due to technical faults or movement restrictions. These restrictions often come about after periods of accelerated growth or injury. We will use video analysis to analyze your current sprint technique and will deliver sessions to specifically target your areas of weakness.

NUTRITION CONSULTATION

Nutrition is inextricably linked with performance and extends much further than weight loss. Trying to improve strength or increase size? To improve your fitness? To increase your energy levels during competition? To recover quicker and more effectively? Poor nutritional habits could be holding you back. Work with our accredited nutritionist, with over a decade of experience working in elite sport, to assess your current nutritional habits and devise strategies to help you achieve your goals.

Nutrition is inextricably linked with performance and is much more than losing weight. Trying to improve strength or increase size? Trying to improve fitness? Want to increase energy during competition? Struggling to recover effectively and regularly suffer with muscle soreness? We often see athletes being held back by poor nutritional habits. Work with our accredited nutritionist with over 10 years of experience working in elite sport, to assess your current habits and design realistic strategies to help you achieve your training goals and improve performance.

RECOVERY PROTOCOLS AND SLEEP COACHING

Adaptation occurs as a result of providing the body with a stress causing temporary fatigue, followed by a period of recovery and supercompensation. Over time these accumulate into tangible change. However, adaptation and performance is a delicate balance between stress and recovery. If we expose the body to too much stress without adequate recovery we accumulate fatigue and see a deterioration in performance. The most potent recovery tool we have at our disposal is sleep and it extends so much further than getting 8 hours a night. We will work with you to design optimal recovery strategies that fit within your schedule, and assess your current sleep habits to help improve sleep quality.

Sleep is by far our most important recovery tool and is so much more than getting 8 hours sleep. We work with you to design recovery strategies that fit within your schedule, assess your current sleep habits and provide tangible advice on how to improve sleep quality and optimize training adaptation and performance. 

WHY CHOOSE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS? 

If you are based in South West London or Surrey we offer 1-1 in person sessions to help elevate your training and push your performance to the next level. We understand that some athletes may already have professional support or are part of full time programs so don't need the depth of our athletic development programs. Our individual session option gives you the freedom to choose the exact support you need, when you need it, with no long term commitments. 

We will take the time to understand you, your preferences, training and injury history, your sport and most importantly your goals. If you are part of a full time program we will gather as much information as possible to ensure our sessions compliment and enhance the work you are already doing. We then design bespoke sessions to fit your requirements and schedule. We offer a range of different session types:
